Abstract

A 3D MODELLING OF POLYMETALLIC DEPOSITS IN EXPLORATION PROJECTSAbstract. The article presents modelling problems with using geostatistical techniques of various polymetallic deposits. The authors describe the method and application of modelling software for polymetallic and complicated deposits. Selection of optimal grid of samples, database construction and appropriate parameters for resource calculation has a fundamental influence on the expected results. The presented calculation parameters and variants of modelling results for stratified deposit became the basis for defining the best method for the modelling process in specific conditions. The right choice of modelling method can make work faster and easier for deposit recon specialists. In the second section of the article, the authors pay more attention to geological aspect in computer modelling.
