Abstract

ISOTOPE COMPOSITION OF GROUNDWATER IN TATRA MOUNTAINS AND PODHALE BASIN (with 5 Figs.)Abstract. Results of isotopic investigations of groundwaters in Tatra Mountains and Podhale Basin are presented. Measurments of stable (hydrogen, oxygen and carbon) and radioactive (hydrogen and carbon) isotopes are performed. The hydrogeological properties of the Tatra Mts. and Podhale Basin were shown as the result of the complex regional, hydrogeological investigations. Origin and "age" of groundwater is discussed.
