Abstract

STATE OF GROUNDWATER RESERVES WITHIN THE BARYCZ RIVER CATCHMENTAbstract. Groundwater resources within the Barycz catchment, covering 5543.3 km2, equal 88.3m3/d/km2. They are used, taking into account water permits issued in the quantity of 29.46m3/d/km2, hence actual exploitation in 2011 achieves 63.4% of this value. State of groundwater reserves was estimated at 58.79m3/d/km2 and 69.58m3/d/km2 taking into account exploitation on the level of water permits issued and the actual consumption and disposable resources as well.
