Abstract

IMPORTANCE OF SPRINGS RESEARCHES FOR IDENTIFICATION OF HYDROGEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS BASED ON THE EXAMPLE OF OLSZOWY POTOK AND TURBACZ CATCHMENTS (GORCE)Abstract. The spatial diversification of the chemical and physical properties of groundwater and their chemical composition was documented in the studied catchments as a result of spring investigation. This is due to the depth of groundwater circulation, different bedrock lithology, spring elevation, and a season of sampling. Three types of groundwater were distinguished which probably are associated with the occurence of different hydrogeological regimes.
