Abstract

THE CURRENT AND PLANNED IDENTIFICATION OF THE AVAILABLE GROUNDWATER RESOURCES IN POLANDAbstract. The currently ongoing works to locate, identify and possibly future exploit the unconventional hydrocarbons as well as the coupled with this activity large water demand including groundwater, forced the intensification of works to document the groundwater resources in the areas which has not been documented yet. The paper shows the present state of the groundwater resources documentation process as well as presents the initiation of the 6 year program to document these resources in the not-till-now documented areas.
