PREDICTION OP EXPLOITATION OF GROUNDWATER INTAKES SUPPLYING WATER TO THE TARNÓW AGGLOMERATIONAbstract The drinking water for the Tarnów city is supplied mainly by the intakes located near the Dunajec River. Groundwater exploitation from the Quaternary aquifer caused changes in water relations on the right bank of the Dunajec River. A single-layer model was constructed to produce the present hydrodynamie conditions as well as prognosis for possible water extraction.
