HISTORY OF MINERAL WATER DISCOVERIES AT SZCZAWNICA AND KROŚCIEINKO
Summary
Mineral waters at Szczawnica and Krościenko in the Carpathians (Pieniny) were known already in the second part of the XVIIIth century. In the present paper a short history of discovering of these waters in the XVIIIth and XIXth centuries is presented, as well as new investigations and discoveries of alkaline-salt waters are discussed.
