Presénce de Latusastraea exiguis (Scléractiniaire) dans le Schrattenkalk du Ravil (Helvétique, Suisse) et quelques remarques sur les espèces Crétacées du genre Latusastraea d'Orbigny, 1849

Abstract

Latusastraea exiguis (Scleractinia) in Schratenkalk of Ravil (Helvetic zone, Switzerland) and comments on Cretaceous species of genus Latusastraea d'Orbigny Latusastraca exiguis de Fromentel, a species characteristic of Early Cretaceous which appears to be restricted to European North-Tethys border, is for the first time described from the Schrattenkalk Formation at Ravil (Helvetic zone in the Swiss Alps). Aspects of stratigraphy and paleogeography of all Lower Cretaceous species of the genus Latusastraca are considered.
