Abstract

Taphonomy a branch of paleontology ignored in Poland In the present paper several selected geological journals have been reviewed (1970-1989) in the perspective of taphonomy. There is no doubt that this important branch of paleontology is underdeveloped in Poland. It is especially perceptible in comparison with international publications.
