Abstract
Metallogenic and prognostic analysis of the Palaeozioc sequence of the NE margin of the Upper Silesian Coal Basin
Several different ore-bearing formations of sedimentary, sedimentaryexhalation, hydrothermal, metamorphic and magmatic origin were encountered in boreholes in the environs of Myszków and Mrzygłód. Geological and structural regularities of their spatial occurrence recognized there were the basis of more detailed prognosing in the other parts of the Silesian-Cracow Region.
W wierceniach z rejonu Myszkowa i Mrzygłodu stwierdzono szereg formacji rudonośnych o genezie osadowej, osadowo-ekshalacyjnej, hydrotermalnej, metamorficznej oraz magmowej. Pozycja geologiczna tych formacji umożliwiła bardziej szczegółowe badania prognostyczne w pozostałych obszarach regionu śląsko-krakowskiego.
