Abstract

The foraminiferal fauna of the lower Czarnorzeki beds in the Central Carpathian Depression

The microfaunal characteristics of the Sucha Góra sandstones (Campanian-Lower Maestrichtian) of the·fuccoid marls (Lower Maestrichtian), and of the Czarnorzeki sandstones (Upper Maestrichtian-Paleocene) are given and their respective ages determined. Some of the more important or less common forms are described and figured.
