Abstract

Geological investigations projects – verification of the projects with legal regulations from the point of view of an employee of the voivodeship geological administration.A b s t r a c t. The paper addresses the most important issues faced by geological administration (voivodeship), concerning the interpretation of the regulations due to projected geological works. Practical knowledge concerning the administrative process and interpretations of law in terms of approving geological investigations projects are discussed.
