Abstract

COMPLEX RESEARCH METHODS IN GEOLOGY OF THE ORE DEPOSITSSummaryA set of methods of studying ore minerals is characterized. Special attention is paid to those used in ore mineral microscopy involving microscopic observations in reflected polarized light. These methods make possible simultaneous identification of mineral composition, structure of deposit, and mineral parageneses of the deposit, and to draw conclusions of theoretical and practical relevance.
