PROBLEMS OF ROCKS AND ORES GENESIS SOLVED BY GEOCHEMICAL METHODS

Summary

The paper deals with applicability of identifications of rare elements in reconstructions of rocks and ores genesis. Certain differences are found between different genetic groups of Lower Silesia granitoids, micas of different groups of gneisses from the Sowie Mts, and quartz derived from rocks of different genesis. Geochemical and isotopic studies on Lower Silesia barite deposits also proved to be helpful in attempts to reconstruct genesis of those deposits.
