Ocena energetycznej jakości zasobów geotermalnych – aspekty termodynamiczny i terminologiczny

Abstract

Estimation of energetistic quality of geothermal resources – thermodynamic and terminological aspects.A b s t r a c t. According global terminology Poland is characterized by low-temperature geothermal resources usually named as low enthalpy resources. They are connected mostly with the Mesozoic sedimentary formations with temperatures of waters do not exceed 100°C. In the paper the estimation of thermodynamic parameters of Polish geothermal fields in comparison with selected global resources was presented according using terminology. Geothermal resources were classified with reference to their temperatures, specific enthalpy and specific exergy. The analysis states that the exergy define the quality of the energy content of a geothermal fluid better than the temperatures and enthalpy criterions.
