Abstract
Assessment of the possibility of increasing exploitation of groundwater catchments in the Rybnik Stream groundwater basin in Sêkowa, Gorlice District.
A b s t r a c t. The aim of this article is to introduce hydrogeological conditions and possibilities for water consumption in the village Sêkowa near Gorlice where inhabitants are struggling with periodic water service interruptions. There are present solutions to this problem. This object was achieved by the hydrogeological mapping of the terrain and numerical simulation of the hydrogeological conditions and possible options for water take off from the groundwater basin stream Rybnik. The result show that there are effective ways to provide the required amount of water conditions and possible options for water take off from the groundwater basin stream Rybnik.
