Subsurface mapping and modelling in the Netherlands: workflow automation, td-conversion and fault modelling.
A b s t r a c t. A comprehensive 3D model has been developed for the Dutch on- and offshore. This model consists of a detailed 3D structural framework of the deep subsurface including 10 major units from the Late Permian Upper Rotliegend Group up to the Neogene Upper North Sea Group. This overview presents the workflow for building the detailed structural model including the time-to-depth conversion and the assessment of uncertainties.
