Abstract

Geological reporting of thermal waters – procedures and practical aspects.A b s t r a c t: The paper presents legal aspects of searching, recognition and exploitation of groundwaters that are considered as minerals with a special attention to geothermal water resources. The chosen problems of geological works design were also presented in the article and several interpretation difficulties referring to groundwater resource boundaries determination in relation to spatial planning.
