Abstract

Engineering geology and geotechnics in administrative processes.A b s t r a c t. The paper presents selected issues concerning evaluation of engineering-geological and geotechnical conditions according to the Geological and Mining Law as well as to the Construction Law. Role of reporting personnel and value of ground studies was discussed in relation to building process. Practical knowledge concerning administrative process and interpretations of law on the subject of approving geological investigation projects and engineering-geological reports were discussed.
