Abstract

Administrative proceedings in order to obtain the entrepreneur concessions for mineral deposits within the competence of starost.A b s t r a c t: The new Law of June 9, 2011 Geological and Mining Law, in force since January 1, 2012 introduced changes in the procedure concession for mineral deposits within the competence of starost. The article discusses the legal and administrative regulations in this area and shows the course of administration and new solutions that were not present in the old Act dated 4 February 1999 Geological and Mining Law.
