Abstract

Geology and mining and some rules referring to the local development plans and to environmental protection.A b s t r a c t. Mineral deposits are the components of the environment. As a result their mining must follow basic rules of environmental protection law. Local development plans should provide necessary regulations that assure protection of mineral deposits allowing their mining (especially in future). In practice the above rule works to a limited extent and very often such plans are constructed in such way that mining licenses may not be granted.
