Geological and mining law amendmends and the role of local governments.
A b s t r a c t. Geological and mining law (GML) sets number of obligations for local government as well as many
situations when a cooperation between Minister of Environment (MoE) – acting as a geological administration
body and other levels of geological administration and local governments in needed. Amended in 2014 GML changes some rules which were customized before, so the article should present new development in this field.
