Abstract

Audiatur et altera pars: on the issue of the execution of geological survey tasks – response to polemics.A b s t r a c t. My arguments are based on the Polish law (essential administrative-legal changes in a structure of geological surveys), international law (position of World Bank to institutional challenges in Poland) and the UElaw. I presented evolution of tasks of geological surveys in the articles published this year in Przegląd Geologiczny (Osiejewicz, 2018a, b).
