STUDY AND EVALUATION OF PRECISION OF IODOMETRIC AND WEIGHT METHODS OF URANIUM DETERMINATION IN URANIUM MINERALS
Summary
To increase precision of the method of uranium determination in uranium minerals iodometric, titrimetric and weight methods were ameliorated with the aid of 8-hydroxychinoline. Statistical examinations have proved that precision of weight method is greater (standard deviation of mean value = ± 0.12%) than that of titrimetric method (standard deviation of mean value = ± 0.23%).
