ON THE GENESIS OF MINERALIZATION IN CONCRETIONS-SEPTARIA
Summary
The author discusses with P. W. Zarickij on the subject of the genesis of mineralization in concretions-septaria. Stressing a similarity of mineralization features !he states that at various places these formations could have been formed in various way, apart from their similar appearance. Accepting a possibility of various provenance of minerals in various areas, he is of an opinion that such a presumption coincides with that such P. W. Zawarickij. To the end of his paper the author discusses several difficulties in explaining certain questions arising after acceptance of diagenetical hypothesis. To explain the problem under consideration he discusses some features of mineralization at Łęczyca, talking into account 9 characteristic features.
