ROLE AND SIGNIFICANCE OF PATENT PROTECTION IN ECONOMIC ACTIVITY OF GEOLOGICAL ENTERPRISES
Summary
The article deals with the problem of inventiveness as a cause of technical and scientific process. The author postulates for the home inventive activity and for a rational use of the adopted achievements of world’s technique. Important are here both patent protection and patent agents. These latter have to register the home and the foreign inventions in a given branch, to analyse the technical and developmental works in the individual enterprises, as well as to investigate and to estimate the inventive activities.
