Abstract

IMPORTANCE OF GEOTHERMOMETRY AND GEOBAROMETRY IN STUDY ON ENDOGENOUS DEPOSITS Summary The article deals with the fundamental physic-chemical properties of minerals, of their parageneses, and of ingrowths used for. determination of temperature, pressure and chemical composition of mineralizing solutions. Research methods are described in brief,• and results used to explain both crystallization of minerals and origin of deposits are given. Moreover, preparatory works carried out in the Geological Institute to introduce similar methods into the research of endogenous deposits in Poland are discussed, too.
