MODEL OF A GEOLOGICAL STRUCTURE AS AN ESTIMATE BASIS FOR ENGINEERING-GEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS
Summary
The geological structure of the area investigated is the main object of studies necessary in elaborating engineering-geological projects, research programmes or documentations, as wen as in elaboration of engineering-geological maps and reports. The elaboration of geological model for engineering-geological purposes must be more precise than for other geological sciences. The author stresses a fact that frequent omission of the problems mentioned above, in favour of the so-called technification of engineering-geological research, is harmful.
