Abstract
GRANITE OF THE STRZEGOM - SOBÓTKA MASSIF AS MINERAL RAW MATERIAL
Summary
In 1966 a theme: ,,Description of granite and adjacent rocks as mineral raw material in a granite massif Strzegom-Sobótka" was begun at the Department of Deposits of Rocky Raw Materials of the Geological Institute. During the execution of this theme a map of granite usefulness for building purposes, for making aggregate for high-quality concretes, for road ballast, a.o. should be prepared. The development of granite exploitation is considerably related to a high-favourable system of joints. The author gives some results of the studies on this problem.
