Abstract

BASES IN PROGNOSIS OF NATURAL AND ARTIFICIAL CHANGES IN HYDROGEOLOGICAL CONDITIONS Summary An intense exploitation of ground waters in various regions of Poland is responsible for some changes in water reserves, and in their quality. This is why a necessity arises to develop the observations conducted at present on natural and artificial changes in hydrogeological conditions. The authors suggest a necessity to discuss this problem, and present their point of view as to the method of observation, as well as discuss the regions where these observations should be carried on already at present, i.e. in large cities, within industrial regions, and in the areas of agricultural use of sewage waters.
