DETERMINATION OF FISSURITY BY DEFECTOSCOPE-LUMINESCENCE METHOD
Summary
On the analysis of the results obtained during acoustic logging the following data may be obtained: porosity of rocks, determination of zones saturated with hydrocarbons, and determination of rock types and of travel time of seismic waves for interpretation of seismic data. The acoustic logging is also very important in determining the zones characterized by increased fissurity. Using supersonic defectoscope the authors carried on research on accoustic properties of carbonate rocks of Upper Devonian age within the Lublin region. The article contains the results of this research.
