STRATIGRAPHY OF THE UPPER TRIASSIC DEPOSITS ENCOUNTERED BY BORE HOLE BOŻA WOLA IG-1 IN THE LIGHT OF NEW DOCUMENTARY MATERIALS
Summary
The article concerns the stratigraphy of the Upper Triassic deposits, encountered by bore hole Boża WoIa IG-1, in the light of new documentary materials. The lithological section of the Keuper and of the Upper and Middle Muschelkalk of the bore hole considered has already two times been published; nevertheless, a necessity arises to discuss again the stratigraphy of the above members of the Triassic on the basis of palynological and conodont examinations. This is considerably important mainly due to a fact that so far two different opinions have been noted as concerns the interpretation of the stratigraphy of these beds, i.e. the opinions of H. Jurkiewicz and H. Senkowiczowa.
