NATIVE SULPHUR DEPOSIT AT TARNOBRZEG AGAINST THE GEOLOGICAL BACKGROUND OF THE ADJACENT AREA Summary The purpose of the article is to present in brief the geology of the area and of the deposit. Individual problems are only mentioned and will be broadly discussed in special reports. This particularly concerns a description of the development of both deposit and chemical series in the min e "Piaseczno", hydrogeological conditions, methods used in drainage of deposits, and geologic-engineering conditions of overburden.
