Występowanie i geneza turkusu z Pustkowia Wilczkowskiego koło Wrocławia

Abstract

THE OCCURRENCE AND GENESIS OF TURQUOISE FROM PUSTKÓW WILCZKOWSKI Summary Turquoise (calaite, CuAl6[OH]8[PO4]4H2O) from Pustków Wilczkowski near Wrocław was studied with the use of optical, thermal (DTA), X-ray, infrared spectrophotometric, and X-ray microprobe techniques. The content of Zn of the order of 1.1% makes it possible to assign this mineral to faustite, (Zn, Cu) Al6[OH]8[PO4]4H2O.
