Abstract
ON THE INVESTIGATIONS OF BATHOLITHIC AUREOLES IN THE PRECAMBRIAN OF NORTH-EAST POLAND
Summary
The author points at the necessity of study on mineralizing aureoles (frequently metallizing ones), which are connected with the batholithic stocks. These aureoles are to be distinctly seen in the superposition of both gravimetric and magnetic features of a batholithic stock, particularly in that case when the upper, top part of the apical cover is erosionally removed, and only the lateral near-top parts of this cover are preserved. The apical covers are areas of metallizing processes, being derivations of the pneumatolitic-hydrothermal processes there.
The author points at several batholithes that should be investigated and substantiates his point of view by means of results obtained after analysing the geophysical feature.
