Abstract
PREPARATION OF THE SIMPLIFIED STEREOSCOPIC PHOTOGRAPHS FOR THE GEOLOGICAL DOCUMENTATION
Summary
The underground water deposits (water-bearing beds), during the electric current flow have not the stable magnitudes of specific resistances, because these magnitudes depend on several factors of water-saturated deposit composition and of water itself.
The result of electric logging field measurements may be graphically and precisely interpreted by means of PSE curve shape analyse, as well as by means of apparent resistance magnitude examination (Qk), with reference of geological conclusions to the general knowledge of geological structure of the area investigated.
This method is a convenient and quick one, particularly when used for the multilayered resistant and geological schemes.
The paper presents also an example of graphical interpretation of electrical prospecting for the hydrogeological purposes.
