Laboratoryjna ocena sorpcji metali ciężkich do prognozowania ich transportu w wodach podziemnych
Abstract
LABORATORY STUDIES OF HEAVY METAL SORPTION FOR PROGNOSING THEIR TRANSPORT WITH UNDERGROUND WATERS
Summary
In sandy soil and aquifer materials were tested sorptions of the heavy metals. The investigations were carried out as batch test and column experiments under saturated and unsaturated conditions. Intensity and quality of the sorption process in the water-bearing layer depend on exchange ability complex, percentage of clay minerals, organic matter, oxides and hydroxides of Mn and Fe and on chemical composition of water. The results of laboratory studies are a background for the transport models.
