Abstract

HYDROGEOLOGICAL REGIONALIZATION OF POLAND Summary The article discusses hydrogeological regionalization of Poland. This problem was the subject of the seminar organized by the Institute of Hydrogeology and Engineering Geology of the Academy of Mining and Metallurgy (April 11-12, 1978). The hydrogeological regionalization of the country, made by B. Paczyński (1977), was taken into consideration. This regionalization is based on a structural criterion which refers to tectonic subdivision of the country of W. Pożaryski. In result of a discussion it was decided to make a new version of hydrogeological regionalization of the country.
