ECONOMIC EVALUATION OF DEPOSITS
Summary
Proven geological resources represent the result of geological-prospecting works. These resources have a definite potential value for the national economy, which is realized in the process of their exploitation. The amount of this potential may be defined:
- at the sta.ge of exploration of the deposits, which corresponds to the estimation of value of the geological resources in the resort scale;
- at the stage of their exploitation, which corresponds to the estimation of value of the geological resources in the scale of national economy.
The paper presents the new principles of evaluation of value of geological resources at the stages discussed above.
