UPPER PLEISTOCENE IN THE AREA OF NAKŁO UPON NOTEĆ RIVER
Summary
A surface buried by Baltic Glaciation deposits is reconstructed in the area of ancient Noteć River valley and surrounding uplands, between Bydgoszcz and Miasteczko Krajeńskie. River valleys from the Eemian and interstadial times and deposits of a single glacial cycle of the Baltic Glaciation, comprising the Leszno and Poznań phases, are recognized. The age and origin of glacitectonic disturbances are discussed.
