THE ROLE OF GLACITECTONICS IN DEVELOPMENT OF QUATERNARY SUBSTRATUM IN THE MOGILNO REGION
Summary
The paper presents the results of critical analysis of current views on origin of deep depression in the basement of Quaternary deposits in the Mogilno area. A hypothcsis of glacitectonic origin of that depression is put forward and the course of geological processes is reconstructed with reference to assumptions of the theory of valley glacitectonics.
