Abstract

OPTIMUM METHOD OF CALCULATIONS OF RESIDUAL ANOMALIES VERSUS ACCURACY OF SURVEYING OF POTENTIAL GEOPHYSICAL FIELDS Summary The paper present a new method of calculating residual gravity and magnetic anomalies. The residual anomalies are calculated on the basis of mean values of anomalies recorded in 3 concentric circles. This method markedly reduces the influence of regional field. The possibilities of use of this method in estimating the degree of recognition of geophysical field as well as the technique of interpolating the measured values for calculation of intermediate values are also discussed.
