ALLOSTRATIGRAPHIC UNIT - A PROPOSAL OF NEW FORMA! DIFFERENTIATIONS FOR THE POLISH STRATIGRAPHIC CLASSIFICATION Summary The proposal to introduce allostratigraphic units to the Polish stratigraphic classification as a new category of differentiation is discussed with reference to difficulties encountered in establishing lithostratigraphic subdivision for the Rotliegendes and Zechstein.
