Abstract
SEISMIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE BUNTSANDSTEIN IN THE PASŁĘK-KRYNICA MORSKA ZONE (BALTIC SYNECLISE)
Summary
Results of all seismic researches completed in the central part of the Baltic syneclise in the Krynica Morska- Pasłęk area are analized in this article. Special emphasis was laid on inwestigating possibilities of using this method to search Lower Triassic formations and especially the Elbląg formation within uranium deposits were stated. Depth sketches of seismic levels lying within the Elbląg and Lidzbark formation are constructed on the base of reinterpreted results of researches completed previously. Results of new seismic researches are also discussed and illustrated to show the method answers the purpose of locating formations uranium deposits may be connected with.
