ON THE POSSIBILITY OF MOLIBDENITE DEPOSITS OCCURRENCE BELONG TO CU-MO FORMATION IN STRZEGOM GRANITE MASSIF
Summary
Existing data of Mo mineralization in Strzegom granite massif were workout with implementation of statistical methods. New data were obtained concerning Mo distribution in Strzegom granite massif. Detailed study of Mo mineralization known from Paszowice locality in form of stockwork revile that it is only partly outcrop. The mineralization is accompanied by metasomatic processes such as feldspathization, albitization, silicification and beresitization; Mo and Cu are predominant. This indicate that Mo mineralization from Paszowice belong to Cu-Mo formation. Favorable location for Mo mineralizations is NW part of the Strzegom granite massif lay in the Rogoźnica ring structure with total 120 square kilometers perspective area.
