Wody "radoczynne" czy "radonowe"
Abstract
Zagadnienia prawne związane z wodami radoczynnymi, a także funkcjonowanie tego terminu w literaturze polskiej i zagranicznej jest dyskusyjne. Na podstawie znajomości najważniejszych aspektów hydrogeochemii radu i radonu koniecznym wydaje się wprowadzenie zmian w przepisach wykonawczych do obowiązującej obecnie ustawy Prawo geologiczne i górnicze. Termin „wody radoczynne” powinien zostać zastąpiony terminem „wody radonowe” i „wody radowo-radonowe”, a także powinno zostać wprowadzone do terminologii hydrogeologicznej pojęcia „wody radowe”, które to terminy precyzyjnie definiują wody podziemne ze względu na rozpuszczone w nich składniki radioaktywne.

In the paper a legal issues concerning to radioactive waters are discussed. Functioning of the term" radioactive waters" in Polish and foreign literature is also presented. The main aspects of hydrogeochemistry of radium and radon are briefly described. On this basis, it is indicated that executive regulations for the current Geology and Mining Act should be amended. Replacement of the term "radioactive waters" by "radon waters" and "radium-radon" waters as well as introduction of the notion "radium waters" to hydrogeological terminology is suggested, as these terms precisely define groundwaters from the point of view of radioactive element dissolved in them.
