Mezoskopowe studia strukturalne w osadach permsko-mezozoicznych południowo-wschodniej części Wyżyny Śląsko-Krakowskiej
Abstract
Mesoscopic structural studies of the Permo-Mesozoic deposits in the South-Eastren part of the Silesian-Cracow Upland (Southern Poland)
The article deals with mesoscopic structural studies of the tectonics of the SE part of the Silesian Cracow Upland. Structural evolution of this area is presented and two tectogenetic cycles have been distinguished: the Early Alpine cycle connected with the origin of a pericratonic depression of the East European Platform and, the Late Alpine cycle, associated with the origin of the Carpathian Foredeep. The superposition of structural patterns of these two cycles, accompanied by a strong influence of the basement, were main factors leading to a remarkable differentiation in geologic structure of the uplifted part of the Carpathian Foreland, in the vicinity of Kraków.
W pracy przedstawiono mezoskopowe badania strukturalne nad tektoniką południowo-wschodniej części Wyżyny Śląsko-Krakowskiej. Omówiono ewolucję strukturalną obszaru. Wyróżniono dwa cykle tektogenetyczne: wczesnoalpejski, związany z genezą depresji perykratonicznej platformy wschodnioeuropejskiej, oraz młodoalpejski związany z tworzeniem się zapadliska przedkarpackiego. Nałożenie się planów strukturalnych obu tych cykli, przy bardzo silnym wpływie strukturalnym podłoża, było głównym czynnikiem prowadzącym do znacznej heterogeniczności budowy geologicznej wyniesionej części przedpola Karpat w regionie krakowskim.
