Horizon with Stomiosphaerids in the Upper Jurassic of the Carpathian Foreland (Southern Poland)

Poziom ze stomiosferidami w utworach górno jurajskich Przedgórza Karpat
In the lowermost part of the Oxfordian of the Carpathian Foreland, a horizon with calcareous microfossils belonging to Stomiosphaeridae Wanner 1940, emend. Nowak, 1968, has been recognized. This permitted to compare the accumulation of these microfossils with a similar one known from the Upper Jurassic in Hungary and the Czechoslovakian Carpathians.
