Abstract

Post-magmatic ore mineralization in the Strzelin granitoids (Lower Silesia)

Indication of ore mineralization in the Strzelin granitoids (Lower Silesia) were analysed by means of reflected-light studies. Occurrence of molybdenite, pyrrhotite, chalcopyrite, sphalerite, valleriite, cubanite, native bismuth, pyrite, melnikovite, melnikovite-pyrite and melnikovite-marcasite was recorded. The ore mineralization originated as an effect of post-magmatic solutions connected with Variscan intrusion of the Strzelin granitoids.
