Abstract

Cambrian and Upper Precambrian lithostratigraphic units of the Holy Cross MtsThe paper presents a complete, new subdivision of the Holy Cross Cambrian into biostratigraphic zones and subzones and the lithostratigraphic subdivision of the whole sedimentary cycle into successive units in accordance with the recently elaborated Polish Guide to Stratigraphic·and Classification, Terminology and Usage. The cycle is named the Holy Cross Group, and divided into 8 formations and 5 units of lower orders.
